The Greek Islands

The Greek Islands are as varied in their landscape as they are rich in their histories. With over 1200 of them this is not surprising. At the summit of magical Patmos in the Dodecanese sits the cave of St John's Revelation, while Crete boasts Minoan Knossos and the beginnings of European civilization. Kefalonia and Corfu in the Ionian Islands are among the best for secluded beaches, while the volcano island of Santorini in the Cyclades has one of the most dramatic landscapes in Europe. We arrange everything from villa holidays, to trips to visit archaeological digs. We have access to some of the most distinguished privately owned villas in Greece. Art Tours encourages clients to take their own boat and find those secluded beaches no one else is on.
